SOUTHIBIE WARD5 LEADERS AND YOUTH SPEAK ON THE ENDORSEMENT OF PASTOR OSAGIE IZE-IYAMU.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was declared the APC flagbearer in the forthcoming Governorship election in Edo state after he pulled a massive victory in the party's direct primary which was held on 22nd day of June, 2020.

Following his victory at the poll, various NGOs, Individuals and political bodies have pledged their support for the Pastor's emergence as the Edo state Governor come September 19.

The Leaders and Youths of SouthIbie Ward 5 Etsako West LGA were noylt left out in the endorsement of the POI2020 Project.

In an interview with some political figures in the Ward, they assured the public of their overwhelming support and commitment to Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu election as Edo State Governor to make things work again and better in the state.

Some of the figures interviewed are Hon Ahmed Musa Momoh, the Director Of Welfare POI campaign Organization, Alhaji Abubakar Akokhia, APC LGA Chairman, Comr Aliyu Momodu, Ward 5 APC chairman, Comr Jimoh Oakhumhe, Hon Musa Muhammed, and other Notable Leaders from the Ward


Hon Ahmed Musa said "Pastor's election for us and all edolites is a dream that is already manifesting. Obaseki has done more harm than good to the Edo Nation and this is the time to change him. I stand with the POI Agenda which is the simple agenda and I know fully well that my people from SouthIbie stand with me too on this"
The Oduma of SouthIbie Alhaji Akokhia said "Obaseki was voreds in by the people but he disappointed the people. We voted for continuity but he put a stop to all the good works of Oshomole. Instead of construction, he started demolition. He started using state funds to pursue personal interest. My people from Edo North, especially Ward 5 SouthIbie are now sayying enough is enough. I want to let you all know that I, My family and My entire Community of SouthIbie have endorsed Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and we stand with the POI simple agenda"

Other leaders and Youths who spoke with SOJ MEDIA listed out reasons why the community have decided to vote out Obaseki in September.
