  Anegbette Is Community blessed with good soil for farming Rice, Cassava, Yam and Groundnut. The great Alika River is also situated in Anegbette and that river is a major source of fish and a means of transportation from Anegbette to other communities. In 2016, Obaseki promised Anegbette people a good and motorable road from Anegbette to Uromi, good pipe borne water and Empowerment program for all. This is 2020, no promise had been fulfilled by Obaseki. The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Hon Philip Shaibu is accused of orchestrating  the dethronement of the Otaru of Auchi. In a leaked memo in 2018 the Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu wrote officially to Obaseki requesting for investigations on the activities of the Otaru of Auchi. According to reports, the Deputy Governor has still not relented on plans to dethrone the Otaru of Auchi. No wonder reports coming in from government sources claim the Otaru of Auchi is currently blacklisted as one of the traditional rulers to be dethroned peradventure Obaseki gets a comeback. Adams Being a strong believer of the SIMPLE AGENDA, and having simply engaged the people locally to achieving the desired aim of having a safe Edo state I therefore, send a gentle reminder of the electoral policy of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure we maintain peace especially during the election, come 19th September, 2020, that will usher in our new Governor, in the candidacy of Pastor Dr. Osagie Ize-Iyamu (POI). The INEC, under the leadership of Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu has always advocated for issues-based political engagements. We need to join the Commission to uphold any section of the Electoral Act, by ensuring violence - free elections that is worth emulation. The Commission has set its machinery in motion to strictly monitor compliance by all parties, this is reason we have to educate ourselves the more and other electorates, because ignorance is not an excuse in law. Adams Within seconds I realised that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) faithfuls flooded the social media space to glorify the ignorance of the outgoing Obaseki. It was expected and I was not in any way dissapointed because the sheep are not different from the shepherd.  They all wrote that Barrister Osagie Ize-Iyamu attacked Obaseki and that got me laughing in a very exciting manner. If I were in Ize-Iyamu' shoes, I would do same. This is because we have to understand the fact that he, Obaseki has failed us thus, we are in dire need for a Governor like Osagie Ize-Iyamu, who will run an inclusive government with a 'SIMPLE' AGENDA. The public is wise and aware of the calculative and awkward attempt to attack the Ize-Iyamu' plan. 12/09/2020 The director of the women Mobilization, POI Campaign Organization, Dcness Mrs Jobrin Maryam Oamen, yesterday, visited Queen Ede football team to solicit for their support and votes for the APC Candidates. While receiving Dcness Jibrin, Mr Joseph, the captain of the team told her of their challenges as a team. He lamented on the way the government of Obaseki abandoned the youths and their dreams. He said football was a game the government of Oshomole picked interest in and it reduced crime rates as most youths were busy with the sport. He pleaded the incoming government of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and Mall Hon Gani Audu to look into the issue of football competitions for the youths.   12/9/2020. The Wife of the Deputy Governorship Candidate Of APC, Hajia Nana Gani Audu, yesterday, took the Simple Agenda message to the Women Of Jagbe community in Etsako West LGA. The women came out in their hundreds to welcome Hajia Nana Gani Audu. Hajia Salamotu,  the Woman leader of the community, who addressed the women advised them to support and vote for the Candidates of APC. She described Mall Gani Audu as a son of Jagbe. She however recalled the failed promises made to Jagbe people, by the outgoing Government of Obaseki. Hajia Nana, while addressing the women,  told them she has come to enlighten them on the message message of the SIMPLE Agenda. She promised free medicals for children below the age of 5, Empowerment for Women, Skill acquisition programs for women and young girls, roads and lot more.
