HON DAME VERA SADOH CELEBRATES WITH WOMEN ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

 


An Aspirant for the position of Member Representing Etsako Federal Constituency In House Of Representatives under the All Progressive Party (APC) sent her warm wishes to all Etsako Women on the occasion of International Women's Day Celebration.


Dame Vera described women as the brain behind the success of any household and nation in general.


She said; "A woman is not only a mother but also a community builder and the brain box of any Nation. When you train a woman, you train a whole nation. And When you neglect a woman, you have neglected a whole nation. Today I am proud of being not just a woman but also I am a woman who actively participates in the politics of the nation. I am using this opportunity to call on the builders of Nations, The Teachers of Men and All Mothers, to show more interest in nation's building and politics as it is the natural duty assigned to them as women."


Hon Vera Sadoh also used the opportunity to call on the men to treat their wives, sisters and mothers as queens as that is the same treatment God asked Men to give to women. She congratulated every woman who has made a name for themselves in different sectors and also prayed that more women rise to recognition in the society.

It was jubilation galore on Friday, 3rd July, 2020, as Edo North APC members came out in multitudes to welcome Home, Hon Gani Audu from Abuja after he had been made the APC Deputy Governorship Candidate recently. The DG candidate who arrived at about 4pm was met with a crowd of party Leaders, loyalists, Friends and Families at Ogbido Town, Uzairue.
